  • Tourist Occupancy Tax - 14% (one-time fee)

  • Booking Fee - 6% (tax-exempt)
    Security Deposit Waiver ($1,500 Coverage) - $55 (tax-exempt)
    Cleaning Fee - $325 (tax-exempt)
    Amenity Access Fee - $60 (tax-exempt)

  • Except for holiday periods, Renters may cancel this Reservation without penalty, within seven (7) days of the Booking Date. Thereafter, it shall be deemed that Renters have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions of the applicable rental agreement. In the event Renters must cancel a Reservation, Renters must notify Manager in writing or by email. In the event a Reservation cancellation of more than forty-five (45) days prior to Check-in Date, Manager reserves the right to retain one night’s rate cancellation fee; forty-four to thirty (44-30) days prior to Check-in Date, Manager retains fifty percent (50%) of the rental amount; twenty-nine to fifteen (29-15) days prior to Check-in Date, Manager retains seventy-five percent (75%) of rental amount; and zero to fourteen (0-14) days prior, no refund. A full refund will be paid if Manager is able to substitute another Renter on the same terms. Reservations may be made no more than six (6) months prior to date of stay.

  • There is a fifty percent (50%) deposit required at booking to secure the reservation, and the balance is due 30 days prior to the stay. If booked within 30 days of the stay, the full amount is due to confirm the reservation.

  • • Parking is limited. Only 1 parking garage spot per residence plus 1 guest spot. Clubhouse parking is for Members only.

    • Upon arrival, pick up your required parking pass at the Member Services desk. The parking permit must be on display on the driver's side window.

    • Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.

    • Gatherings and events that exceed the maximum occupancy of the rental residence are prohibited.

  • • All towels and bedding are washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF
    • Disinfectant is used when cleaning the property
    • Enhanced cleaning practices are used
    • High-touch surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant (like countertops, light switches, handles, and faucets)
