    Job Summary:
    Work directly with the Ambassador Leadership Team to exceed the member and guest expectations as a Club Ambassador. As a Club Ambassador you will assist in daily operations at various levels by attending to the needs of our Membership Service Department, Spa, and Outdoor Pursuits areas. You will provide members with instruction, direction, and guidance on a variety of activities in the 3 areas. Ensure our members experience is inviting, clean, and organized for their enjoyment as well as the overall operation of the facility. Anticipate the needs and wants of the membership while exceeding all expectations.

    · Welcome and assist spa guests and attend to their pre and post treatment needs

    Kids’ Zone Supervisor

    Classification: Seasonal | Part Time

    Pay: $18.50 per hour

    Job Summary
    Implement childcare programs for members’ and guests’ children as directed by the Kids’ Zone Supervisor.

    Essential Function:
    · Warmly greets every member and child.
    · Engages in play, open-ended and inclusive activities.
    · Plays games with children.
    · Reads to the children.
    · Supervises children’s play activities.
    · Plans music and arts and crafts activities for the children
    · Redirects disputes between children as necessary.
    · Maintains safe and clean facility.
    · Leads children in exercises, on-ground field trips, and other activities approved by the Kids’ Zone Supervisor
    · Keeps play areas in safe, tidy, and clean condition by disinfecting and sanitizing playrooms, as well as ALL touched surfaces.
    · Maintains toys and games, removes, or replaces old and broken materials.
    · Orders food and beverages for children; ensures that members are billed for these items.
    · Open communication and accepting of all team-oriented motivations.
    · Completes other appropriate tasks as assigned by the Kids’ Zone Manager without repute.

    Education and/or Experience:
    · Camp Counselor, Applied Psychology or Elementary Education, CDA, 12 units or more in ECE preferred.
    · At least two years of work experience as a childcare provider in a pre-school or before-and-after school setting.

    Job description:
    A food runner/expo is responsible for supporting waitstaff in carrying beverages and meal items to designated tables. Duties include communicating with cocktailers to determine their needs, carrying food items from the expediting counter to the right table and helping with cleanup duties during and after service. Possess the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Provide superior customer service to all guests while displaying a friendly and courteous attitude keeping in line with Tahoe Beach Club traditions.

    Food Runner Responsibilities:
    · Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately
    · Uphold sanitation and food safety principles; food handler hard required 60 days after hire date
    · Report customer satisfaction to management
    · Ensure customers have the appropriate tableware they need to properly enjoy their food
    · Assist with bussing pool and beach
    · Assist in bringing recyclable items back to kitchen
    · Handle various impromptu requests from customers

    Cooks and prepares a variety of food products, including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces and stocks according to the club’s standard recipes using a variety of equipment and utensils according to the daily prep list.

    ·Strip and make beds with fresh linen.
    ·Empty wastebaskets.
    ·Clean Condo units.
    ·Wipe all windowsills, walls, and light switches.
    ·Vacuum rugs and floors.
    ·Sweeps patio area and dusts patio furniture.
    ·Calls in work orders.
    ·Clean locker room areas.
    ·Maintain exterior of clubhouse building.
    ·Clean walls throughout the clubhouse as necessary.
    ·Conduct deep cleaning projects.
    ·Dust exercise equipment.
    ·Clean employee areas including employee restrooms.

    Job Summary:
    Maintain Tahoe Beach Club facilities and equipment as part of the Lodging and Residential Services Division. Perform painting and door and window maintenance; roof and ceiling maintenance.

    Education and/or Experience:
    · High School diploma or GED required
    · Post-secondary vocational/technical training in electrical engineering, HVAC, or refrigeration desirable
    · One year maintenance experience in an institutional or business setting
    · Additional certifications, such as Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or HVAC certifications, will upgrade your level

    Essential Function:
    · Maintain and make general repairs to the plumbing fixtures, furniture, woodwork, electrical systems, appliances, elevators, ventilation systems, and building structures of the club
    · Maintain the air conditioning, refrigerators, ice makers, and pool pumps
    · Supervise the filtration and chlorination of the swimming pool, test swimming pool water, and maintain a daily log of water test results for local health department inspections
    · Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM) required by the club’s PM procedures
    · Install tile and drywall; make grouting repairs, patch walls, and pave bricks
    · Repair small motors
    · Attend departmental staff meetings
    · Complete other appropriate assignments made by the Facilities Manager

    Provide professional, quality, therapeutic massage and bodywork to members and their guests.

    Education and/or Experience:
    • Post-secondary Vocational/Technical School.
    • Two years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist in a luxury resort setting.

    Job Knowledge, Core Competencies and Expectations:
    • Expertise in multiple massage modalities including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, hot and cold stone massage, acupressure and reflexology.
    • Assess client’s soft tissue condition, joint quality and function, muscle strength and range of motion.
    • Confer with the client about his/her medical history, any problems with stress, any history of fractures and surgeries and/or pain issues to determine how and whether massage would be helpful.
    • Develop and propose client treatment plan if applicable.
    • Knowledge of an ability to perform role in emergency situations.

    • Maintains all skincare tools. Sanitizing all nail instruments and equipment before each use.
    • Ensuring that workstations are kept clean and orderly and nail supplies are adequately stocked.
    • Providing quality hand and foot massages.
    • Provides necessary information to spa desk for billing.
    • Coordinates scheduling with Spa Receptionist.
    • Communicates to Spa Director about member or operation concerns.

    Licenses and Special Requirements:
    • Must have First Aid and CPR/Defibrillator training.
    • Must have a current Cosmetology License from the Nevada Board of Cosmetology.

    Physical Demands and Work Environment:
    • Able to meet and perform the physical requirements and to work effectively in an environment, which is typical of this position.
    • Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, stooping, and pulling.
    • Frequent repetitive motions.
    • Continuous standing and walking.
    • Must often work in humid and low-level light environment.
    • Must be able to tolerate a variety of odors including nail polish and remover.
