A: Edgewood Tahoe, a public course located just minutes down the shoreline from Tahoe Beach Club, is a premier Lake Tahoe golf course and hosts the annual American Century Celebrity Golf Tournament. Residents and Members of the Beach Club enjoy all the perks of a world-class golf course without the burden of high monthly dues and can simply “pay as they play.” Tahoe Beach Club also offers complimentary transportation via shuttle to and from Edgewood.

A: Tahoe Beach Club has easily accessible parking available for Members, with a lot located adjacent to the Clubhouse. Additionally, the Club also offers a valet service for added convenience. If Members prefer not to drive, the Beach Club provides a complimentary local shuttle service to and from the Clubhouse.

A: Tahoe Beach Club offers a variety of events for Members of all ages that cater to a wide range of interests. Held in an intimate club setting, attendees enjoy fostering connections among other Members while celebrating the beauty of Lake Tahoe. While specific events vary seasonally, Members can enjoy experiences including:

• Outdoor excursions such as guided hikes, boat tours around Lake Tahoe, and snowshoeing trips in the surrounding area

• Seasonal celebrations including a 4th of July barbeque and fireworks on the beach, a holiday bazaar featuring local artisans and vendors, an annual Easter egg hunt, and more

• Social mixers featuring live music, craft drinks, and gourmet cuisine

• Educational events and community service initiatives benefiting the local Tahoe region

• Family-inclusive activities including movie nights, arts and crafts workshops, and beachside sports competitions

A: While there are currently 142 on-campus club Members, we expect additional Members are needed to adequately sustain a year-round Beach Club experience complete with five-star amenities. To accomplish that, we are targeting approximately 350 to 400 total Club memberships, including Residents, to ensure a strong balance between liveliness and exclusivity.

A: Peak seasons at Tahoe Beach Club typically align with the general weather and tourism trends of Lake Tahoe. Summer months (June to August), winter months (December to February), and holiday periods are considered the peak seasons at Tahoe Beach Club. However, we ensure that our Members feel a strong balance between exclusivity and liveliness at the Club, no matter the season.

A: Currently, leashed and well-behaved dogs are allowed in certain areas of the Club and on a portion of the Club’s beach. Members and Residents may also walk their leashed dogs across the Club’s private beach to access the dog-friendly public beach just to the north of Tahoe Beach Club’s property. Additionally, dogs are allowed on the Starboard Deck adjacent to the Clubhouse restaurant.

A: Tahoe Beach Club membership includes the primary Member, their spouse or significant other, and dependents under 25 without restriction. As the membership plan allows, specific vertical family members enjoy unlimited visits with payment of an access fee.

A: Guests are welcome at the Club to enjoy up to 6 visits per year with payment of a guest access fee. Junior guests 12 and under pay a reduced fee.

A: Membership fees fluctuate based on the number of memberships available at that time. Members can expect to pay an initiation fee, followed by monthly dues. A: Excel Realty Holdings is the developer of Tahoe Beach Club and has been extensively involved in commercial real estate, having consummated several billion dollars in transactions since 1977. The firm adheres to Excel’s guiding principles as it continues to acquire commercial real estate throughout the United States.

A: Memberships at Tahoe Beach Club are transferable under certain circumstances. Resident-Members must transfer their membership upon sale to a new homeowner. Non-resident members may transfer their membership to a spouse, adult child, or adult grandchild. Resident and Non-Resident membership transfers are generally subject to a transfer fee. A corporate Member may change their designee to another company official by paying a redesignation fee.

A: Should a Non-Resident or Corporate Member decide to resign from the Club, they must give written notice. The resignation becomes effective once the Club account is current, and resignation is irrevocable unless otherwise determined by the Club. Previously paid dues and fees are not refundable.
