Tahoe Beach Club, LLC, Beach Club Development, LLC, Beach Club Development Phase II, LLC, and Beach Club Development Phase III, LLC (collectively, “Tahoe Beach Club,” “TBC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values the privacy of our members, guests, and partners. This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding information collected through https://tahoebeachclub.com/ (together with all subdomains and related websites, the “Website”). This Privacy Policy applies only to information we obtain from you online through the Website. It does not apply to information we obtain offline through other means.

When you interact with a Tahoe Beach Club account on a social media platform (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X), we may collect the Personal Information you make available on that page, including your user ID or username. We comply with the applicable platform's privacy policies and collect only what that platform permits. Our Website may include social media widgets that collect your IP address and browsing activity and set cookies; your interactions with those widgets are governed by the relevant platform's privacy policy.

The Website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. • Job applicant information: 2 years following the hiring decision;

• Marketing contact information: until you opt out or unsubscribe, or after 24 months of inactivity; and

• Website analytics and log data: 14 months, retained in de-identified or aggregated form thereafter.

3. How Do We Share and Disclose Your Information?

We do not sell your Personal Information for money. As described in Sections 1 and 6, certain advertising cookies and pixels used on the Website may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of Personal Information under some state laws' broad definitions, even without a monetary transaction. You can opt out at any time — see Section 6.
