BOBBY KING

Bobby is an integral part of the Tahoe community, with over 30 years of experience in luxury residence management. Bobby began his career at Edgewood, where he facilitated every detail of the property's operations and strategy. He then joined the Tahoe Beach Club family, helping the club successfully navigate its inaugural year and grow to where it is today. Bobby is now the vice president of the owners association, focusing on HOA board responsibilities, attending regular board meetings, and taking action as directed by the board. In addition, he addresses common area maintenance, secures proposals from vendors for the HOA, and assists with warranty issues for Beach Club Development.
