This Is It!
If you thought Tahoe Beach Club had already outdone itself, just wait until you meet The Transomes.
Opening to the general public for reservations on June 15th, the final phase of the Residences isn’t just a closing chapter; it’s a crescendo. The Transomes represent everything we’ve learned, loved, and leveled-up from our first two phases. This is where design meets lifestyle, where privacy meets community, and where the mountains and meadows are more than just views; they’re part of your everyday.
LET’S SET THE STAGE.
Phase One, now known as The Spinnakers, brought us stacked residences with shared entries, perfect for those who crave connection and simplicity. Then came Phase Two, The Halyards, a micro-village concept with shared courtyards and private garages, offering a more intimate take on communal living. Now, with The Transomes, we’re entering a new era defined by privacy and a deeper relationship with nature.
These 48 thoughtfully crafted residences (with an exclusive first offering of just 20 homes) are like nothing else in the TBC portfolio, drawing inspiration from classic row home design, each with its own private entrance and a distinct sense of privacy. The Transomes are a sanctuary, perfectly positioned to take in stunning views of Castle Rock, Round Hill, and Rabe Meadow.
From the outside, The Transomes continue Tahoe Beach Club’s signature mountain-modern aesthetic, featuring granite, wood shingles, and warm cedar siding, but it’s what’s inside (and what opens out) that sets this phase apart. Bi-fold doors are the true game-changers, opening entire walls of glass to let the lake breeze roll in and blur the line between indoor and outdoor living.
Behind this vision is the award-winning Frame Architecture, the Reno-based firm responsible for standouts like The Reno Public Market and The Oddie District. With over 30 years of experience and a reputation for excellence, Frame’s team brought their A-game to The Transomes, collaborating closely on every last material and line of sight.
“This phase was all about evolving,” says Jeff Frame, principal architect at Frame Architecture, Inc. “We wanted to give residents the intimacy of a single-family home, but with all the benefits of a close-knit community. Every window, every wall, every line was drawn with the landscape in mind.”
And while the word “final” might suggest an ending, we see it differently. This is a grand finale; a mic drop. So if you’ve been watching and waiting for just the right moment to make TBC your home; this is it. No more phases. No more do-overs. Just a rare opportunity to own a piece of lakeside perfection.
Reservations open June 15. Make your move. Before someone else makes it for you.
