The Passing of the Check

Drumroll, please… it’s official! Tahoe Beach Club has proudly passed the check with a $45,910 donation to our friends at Clean Up The Lake!

This incredible contribution was made possible by you, our amazing members, who showed up in style for Alpenglow Casino Night and supported local artists through your art purchases. Together, we turned a night of fun and community into a force for good in our own backyard.

And the impact? It’s making serious waves. Thanks to your efforts, Clean Up The Lake has already pulled over 70,332 pounds (yes, pounds!) of litter from beneath Lake Tahoe’s surface. In addition, they’ve completed an astounding 460 cleanup dives. That’s 460 times divers went below the surface to protect the clarity and beauty of our environment. 

Your generosity helps fund these SCUBA cleanups and pilot research projects focused on tracking and preventing submerged litter accumulations, because keeping Tahoe blue isn’t just a slogan, it’s a shared responsibility.

At Tahoe Beach Club, that responsibility is part of our mission: to reduce our carbon footprint and live as stewards of the lake, ambassadors of the beach, and partners in the community.
