Summer, Served Early
Summer has a way of showing up before the calendar gives it permission, and at the Starboard Bar & Grille, you can already taste it.
With Memorial Day less than a month away, the shift is officially on. The heartier, colder-weather dishes have started to step aside, making room for a menu that feels lighter, brighter, and unmistakably summer. It’s the kind of transition you look forward to all year, and Chef Dave is already a step ahead, setting the tone with new seasonal favorites that match the energy building around the Club.
The roasted beet salad brings that fresh, vibrant start to any meal…colorful, balanced, and just the right amount of refreshing. The grilled Ahi follows with something a little more coastal and clean, perfect for long afternoons that turn into easy evenings. And because no Tahoe summer is complete without a nod to tradition, there’s fried chicken served up with potatoes and corn on the cob. Think, simple, familiar, and exactly what you want after a full day out on the lake.
It’s a menu that feels in sync as we transition into our festive summer season, which features longer days, a full events calendar, and that unmistakable beach buzz as the season builds. You start to see it at the lake, feel it at the Club, and now, taste it on the plate.
Summer has always been a favorite at Tahoe Beach Club, and if this is how it’s starting, it’s going to be an epic 2026!
