Summer kickoff

Memorial Day weekend at Tahoe Beach Club was, in a word, epic. From the first toast on the Main Deck to the last cornhole game on the beach, our Members came out in full force to celebrate the start of summer, and let’s just say, they understood the assignment.

The Club was buzzing all weekend long, and nowhere was that more evident than at our Blues & Brews Summer Kickoff. Picture this: three of TBC’s finest: General Manager Kevin Speer, Head of Residential Services John Watson, and Sr. Director of Operations Chris Eckert, firing up their smokers in a friendly (but fierce) barbecue showdown. The scent of slow-smoked perfection drifted through the air, and Members showed up hungry, ready to judge the ultimate grillmaster. In the end, Kevin took home the crown and a serious amount of bragging rights!

With the event completely sold out (and a waitlist to prove it), the energy was sky-high. Jasper’s Place kept the pool crowd cool with handcrafted cocktails, while the Main Deck served up an unbeatable combo of live music, incredible food, and lake views for days.

Kids twirled, jumped, and danced the afternoon away, because what’s better than dancing barefoot in the summer sun? Meanwhile, parents enjoyed a well-earned seat, good company, and maybe a second round.

Memorial Day at TBC wasn’t just a celebration, it was a vibe. And if this weekend was any indication, summer 2025 is going to be one for the books!
