Fall Flavors Are here
When the air turns crisp and the leaves fall, you know what that means…Chef Dave is back at it, rolling out another incredible seasonal menu at Tahoe Beach Club. Every year, Chef Dave keeps things fresh (literally) by crafting dishes that celebrate the flavors of the season. From comfort food to creative twists on classic favorites, this fall’s lineup is one you won’t want to miss.
But first things first. Soup season has officially returned! And if you know, you know. Chef Dave’s soups are always a fan favorite, and the ingredients are always changing. One week it might be a creamy potato leek that warms you from the inside out, the next a hearty bowl filled with fall vegetables and herbs straight from the season’s bounty. Members have been known to time their visits just to see what’s simmering that day.
And while the soups are stealing hearts, there’s plenty more to fall in love with on the menu. The talk of the season? You got it, it’s the Cottage Pie; a comforting dish packed with tender pot roast, fresh vegetables, and topped with a golden parmesan crust that’s pure perfection on a chilly Tahoe evening. Right next to it on the must-try list is the Chicken Ravioli, filled with savory chicken thighs and served with butternut squash, a hazelnut-brown butter sauce, sage, and a sprinkle of parmesan. Seriously, it’s fall on a plate.
Pair all that with the cozy atmosphere at the Starboard Bar & Grill because it’s the perfect place to settle in on dark winter nights when cooking just isn’t in the cards.
And before we sign off, don’t forget the drinks! The bar team has been busy crafting fall-inspired cocktails like the Equinox and Spice of Life, featuring cozy notes from cranberry to nutmeg, and hot apple cider. They’re the perfect complement to your meal or an excuse for a nightcap by the fire.
So go ahead, lean into sweater weather and check out what’s cooking. You can view the latest menus anytime on the TBC app. See you at the Club!
