Employee of the Year Spotlight
Tahoe Beach Club’s community is defined not just by our private lakefront setting or luxury amenities, but by the people who care for it every day. That’s why we’re especially proud to recognize Gabriel “Gabe” as our Employee of the Year, an honor voted on by all Tahoe Beach Club managers and awarded to one standout team member among four deserving candidates.
Gabe has been part of the Tahoe Beach Club team for two and a half years, serving as an Engineer in our Facilities Department, where he plays a critical role in maintaining the residences and shared spaces within our premier private club and full-ownership residential community. His calm demeanor, deep trade expertise, and thoughtful approach to member and resident relationships set him apart. Whether he’s handling a maintenance issue or responding to a resident request, Gabe approaches every task with a true can-do attitude.
Our residents appreciate his approach too. More than one has simply said, “Gabe is the best handyman,” while others note, “I always ask for Gabe.” He’s highly respected by his peers, trusted by residents, and known for bringing a steady, positive presence to work every single day.
