A Season of Strong Women (and Well-Deserved Promotions)

There’s something about Tahoe in spring. The energy shifts, the days stretch longer, and everything feels just a bit more alive. But it’s not just the season that is evolving. It’s also the staff. From the front door to events, and the moments in between, a group of incredibly talented, familiar faces do what they do best: elevating the beach club experience in ways that don’t go unnoticed.

And now, a few very well-deserved promotions are official! 

• Kristin Cleaver, now Ambassador Manager
  For many, Kristin is the very first hello. The one who remembers a name, a preference, a familiar face returning for an event. She sets the tone at the door from day one, and now, she’s leading the entire Ambassador team with that same warmth and intuition.
  

• Nicole Likes, now Member Experience Manager
  From signature events to those unexpected, above-and-beyond moments, Nicole has quietly shaped what it means to be part of this community. She’s set the tone for member experiences that feel thoughtful, seamless, and worth showing up every single time.
  

• Jenny Skelly, now Property Manager
  There’s a rhythm to our accommodation program, and Jenny has been a steady hand in creating that tone. From guest experiences to the day-to-day details, she’s been an integral part in the development of the program, and now she’s stepping fully into that role.
  

• Balin Usher, now Operations Administrator
  The details matter. The moving parts behind the scenes? Even more so. Balin has been instrumental in our Kids’ Zone programming and moving forward, she’ll make all the behind-the-scenes aspects as seamless as it feels.
  

• Sami Swietek, now Senior Director of Operations
  If you’ve spent time at the Starboard Bar & Grille, you’ve seen Sami in her element. Leading with confidence, precision, and an easy sense of hospitality that sets the tone for the entire Club. Her promotion reflects not just leadership, but the standard she’s helped define.
  

What makes these promotions special is the people behind them. Our new Tahoe Beach Club leadership has been part of the Tahoe Beach Club story. They’ve grown with it, shaped it, and raised the bar along the way.
